Our Training Methodology
Our unique Training Methodology has the appropriate combination of theoretical and practical sessions and is aptly complemented by regular workshops on industry trends and emerging technologies. If needed, we customize the courses, based on the industry needs, as we strongly believe that a fixed training schedule might not be effective always. Thus we have combined our Class room trainings with adequate mentoring and grooming, to ensure our students come out of interviews with flying colors. From time-to-time, we review our curriculum, and customize each and every training program so that it fits to the industryâ€™s requirements. Also, to inculcate the habit of self-learning, the students are also provided with necessary course materials and assignments given in class for practice. Students enrolled in the career courses are groomed to become professionals through our core Training Methodology. These sessions are aimed at making the students Industry-Ready-Professional by imparting few crucial components like interview skills and soft skill development, body language & etiquettes, which are vital for them to be competitive in the job market.
